I am excited to share a new chapter in the Tranzact Information Services story. Many of you have been with us since our inception as Data Warehouse, and have watched us grow into the world-class marketing information services organization we are today. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support. We could not be where we are without you.

As you know, we aren’t known for letting the grass grow under our feet. We have always been committed to constant and never-ending improvement, and it is in the realization of this goal that we are pleased to announce our recent acquisition by Halyard Capital. As the prior owners of TRANZACT, Halyard is a firm we have known and worked closely with for many years.

While we have changed our brand name to Datamyx as a result of this acquisition, our team remains the same, although I have never seen them so enthusiastic about the opportunities that are on the horizon. We are all very eager to take advantage of what Halyard is bringing to the table: countless years of experience in advertising, marketing and digital media, expert business management and a shared commitment to drive this business forward…all in support of your continued growth and success.

We are very grateful to our partners at TRANZACT, and particularly David Graf, for supporting our growth and development since 2006. Our two organizations, while now separate on paper, will continue their strong collaboration.

Let me assure you that this upcoming transition will be seamless to you, as your day-to-day contacts at Datamyx will remain the same. What will change, however, is the speed with which we are able to add new, cutting-edge, and technologically-advanced information products and services that will help you continue to optimize your marketing channels and grow your business exponentially.
